Almonds are rich in protein & fiber, plus vitamin E, magnesium, riboflavin, calcium & potassium. In addition, almonds are a low-glycemic index food.
No sugar, oil or any other additives. I use it for my toast and crackers. I even add it to smoothies to add the nutty flavor. It’s very good to add to cookies and cakes.
