Method:

  1. Run the frozen acai packet under warm water for a few seconds to slightly soften it. Break the packet into chunks.
  2. Combine the acai chunks, half a banana, mixed berries, Veganway peanut butter , and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. The acai bowl base should have a thick, smooth consistency.
  4. The acai mixture into a bowl.
  5. Add Toppings: Sprinkle Veganway granola over the top of the acai mixture. Add sliced banana, additional granola, and any other desired toppings such as a drizzle of Veganway peanut butter , chia seeds, or shredded coconut.
